Note:

  • Others (NGOs, Govt etc.): Should register under the Business Category
  • Individuals  working in academia as faculty should register under the Faculty category
  •  U.G/P.G and Scholars continuing their PhD, should register under the Student (PhD) category
  • Individuals from India working abroad as postdocs should register under the faculty international category
  • Price for both Virtual/Physical is the same (For virtual participants, their hard copies of the certificate, Kit etc. will be sent through post within 15 days of teh completion of Agri Vision).

Registration fees include:

Access to all Sessions as Delegate/ Presenter (Oral/Poster/YIF) and Exhibition Area.
Conference Kit, Proceedings, and Workbook
Tea/Coffee/Snacks and Lunch & (or) Dinner during the Conference
Publication of abstracts in supporting Journals
Certificates of attendance/Presentation (Both Hard & Soft Copies)
Access to Recordings/Conference Photos after the event

Accommodation:

Accommodation is not included in the registration price

Special Note:

  • There is no discounted registration for Virtual Presentations, they need to register under any of these categories.
  • The registration fee does not confirm your accommodation. You need to register separately for Accommodation if wish to take it with us.
  • Anyone participating virtually will receive the hard copies of certificates, proceedings, Conference kit, and memento (for awardees) through Courier/Post at their registered address within 15 days of completion of  Agri Vision-2026 
  • By registering for the Conference, the user is by default to agree with the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Evation and its associate entities.
