The oral abstract needs to be submitted as per the Abstract Template
Undergraduate (UG) students are allowed for Poster Presentations only
Post Graduate (PG) and Ph.D Scholars submitted Oral abstracts will be considered under Young Investigator Forum.
The maximum word limit is 450 words per abstract content
Images (Color, B/W), Tables, Figures, and Graphs are allowed within the abstract
Try to avoid graphs & charts unless necessary
Short Biography (Max 150 words), Email & Contact no of presenting author(s) is mandatory
Abstract submission does not offer a guarantee of acceptance.
The abstract might be accepted or rejected at the reviewer committee’s discretion.
All accepted abstract authors will receive an official letter of acceptance/ email acknowledgment
For the best Oral Presentation, abstracts will be judged on the basis of the quality of research, novelty, presentation skills, research ability, future research scope, and business scope/availability in the public domain in terms of concepts, products, or services.
After the presentation, the participant can take back their poster
Best poster awards will be judged on the basis of the quality of research, presentation style, the scope of future research, commercial viability, and novelty of research.
e-Poster Guidelines
Participants who are unable to join the conference physically, can go for e-Poster presentation
Participants need to present their poster in form of an image or power point (PPT) presentation with maximum 4 no of slides
e-Poster judgement criteria is same as of poster presentation
Maximum presentation time including QA will be of 20 minutes
e-Poster presentation will also be adjudged under Best Poster category.
