Oral Abstract Guidelines
  • The oral abstract needs to be submitted as per the Abstract Template
  • Undergraduate (UG) students are allowed for Poster Presentations only
  • Post Graduate (PG) and Ph.D Scholars submitted Oral abstracts will be considered under Young Investigator Forum.
  • The maximum word limit is 450 words per abstract content
  • Images (Color, B/W), Tables, Figures, and Graphs are allowed within the abstract
  • Try to avoid graphs, images & charts unless necessary
  • Short Biography (Max 150 words), Email & Contact no of presenting author(s) is mandatory
  • Abstract submission does not offer a guarantee of acceptance.
  • The abstract might be accepted or rejected at the reviewer committee’s discretion.
  • All accepted abstract authors will receive an official letter of acceptance/ email acknowledgment
  • For the best Oral Presentation, abstracts will be judged based on the quality of research, novelty, presentation skills, research ability, future research scope, and business scope/availability in the public domain in terms of concepts, products, or services.
Poster Guidelines
  • The oral abstract needs to be submitted as per the Poster Abstract Template
  • UG students are exclusively allowed to Poster presentations, while optional for PG/Phd and faculty.
  • Best poster will be of two categories (Student UG & PG), Faculties (PhD Scholars and above)
  • Participants need to present their research in terms of a printed poster
  • We will not bear the cost of poster printing and presenting authors need to print it
  • The printed posters need to be submitted on Day-1 of the conference at the registration desk.
  • The poster size should be 4ft. X 6ft. (Width: Height)
  • After the presentation, the participant can take back their poster
  • Best poster awards will be judged based on the quality of research, presentation style, the scope of future research, commercial viability, and novelty of research.
e-Poster Guidelines
  • Participants who are unable to join the conference physically, can go for e-Poster presentation
  • Participants need to present their poster in form of an image or power point (PPT) presentation with maximum 3 no of slides
  • e-Poster judgement criteria is same as of poster presentation
  • Maximum presentation time including QA will be of 15 minutes
  • e-Poster presentation will also be adjudged under Best Poster category.
