Dr. Arun Kumar Panda is the Head, Division of Gender, Family and Community Studies at ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar. He completed his Ph. D from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Bareilly (2004), and Post Doctoral studeies from Oregon State University, Corvallis, USA (2013). He has total 23 years of experience .
